The group of seven riders I was with was crossing paths with another group of bicyclists on the opposite side of the road. What seemed to be an impatient, angry, aggressive driver in a Hyundai SUV decided to lay on their car horn while passing at high speed between the two groups of riders. Will be reporting to the Fairfax County, VA police for statistics since the police won't do anything unless they "witness the behavior" or "some other injury or property damage".
