Minivan in a rush!

Northbound on Long Ridge Rd in Chesapeake VA, the upcoming minivan wasn't going to wait for the oncoming car and decided to pass me within a foot of my arm/bars.   Another close call.....    Sadly, the local police do NOT enforce the Virginia "Three Foot Law".   Guess its going to take one of us getting hurt or killed.
