Right hooked in bike lane by overtaking car

While riding at the speed limit in the bike lane, a driver passed from behind and immediately chopped across my path. I asked her what she was thinking at the next intersection but she refused to even look at me. Her passenger whined "She didn't mean to!" as if that was an excuse.
