Impatient Driver Passing on Hill Creates a Dangerous Situation

I was heading south on Hammet Road near Lagrange Georgia, when a driver in a truck decided to pass me on a hill. The person driving the truck wasn't going fast, but they passed in a location where you couldn't see what was coming up the other side of the hill. Of course - there was a little white sedan coming up the other side at the crest of the hill. The driver of the white sedan panicked and lost control momentarily by trying to swerve at full speed. They thankfully gained control back of the car, but this is the only time I've had a car headed towards me that wasn't under control of the driver. Scary.
