Almost backed into

You have to look close. As I approached a stop sign a car went past in front of me. When I got to the stop sign the guy had stopped about 50m down the road (sure he had missed his turn). As I start to make the left turn he floors it to back up so he can make his turn. He was not paying any attention and almost went flying into me.
