Almost run over by Spectrum Corporate Vehicle – They never yielded right of way!

Approaching the round-a-bout, the cycling lane ends and merges into right hand lane (see the dotted line), I usually take the full lane here for safety.  I ride with a Garmin radar, rear view mirror and cameras.  As I approached the circle, my radar alerted me of a fast approaching vehicle from behind.  I looked in my mirror and saw the Spectrum Corporate truck approaching in my lane and it did not seem to me that he was giving me the right of way as required, so I stayed as close as possible to the inside. He had to see me as there was plenty of time as he approached from behind (you can tell this via the video).  But, he did not yield at all around the corner and was within reach of me and almost ran me over and off the road.  After he almost ram me over, he moved al little into the left lane then cut in front of me to turn right.
