Amazon truck in the bike lane

An Amazon delivery truck driver parked in the bike lane. I had to stop and passed the parked truck only when traffic passed. California Vehicle Code (Section 21211(b)) states that vehicles may not park in bike lanes. Delivery drivers are not exempt.
