Black Tesla does fast and narrow pass

Thankfully I was inside the white line as yet another Tesla passed within a foot of my handlebars. This is one of several disturbingly close passes by a Tesla where there was no on-coming traffic and a clear view ahead. It makes me wonder if Tesla driver use driver assist on these local roads. And if so, does Tesla have a safety program for recognizing cyclists??.
