I was clothed in high-visibility cycling gear and had an actively blinking tail light attached to my bike. Moreover, this driver was stopped right next to me at a stop light just prior to the incident. This driver should not be on the road. Regrettably, my local police department does not accept video evidence of reckless driving unless a mishap occurs, even with a clear image of a license number.
