Bully boy moron

At the front of the queue at a temporary roadworks traffic light, which was on RED. White box van/lorry behind me. When the oncoming traffic had cleared through the lorry pulled up closer behind me (see the shadow) and impatiently beeped his horn. As I pointed out to him with a few choice words, it was still on red. I turned around and he was gesturing (or possibly swatting flies in his cab, who knows) and shouting go, go, go. Once again, I impolitely informed him "no thanks", pointing out he was on camera. If some bully boy moron of a lorry driver thinks he's going to force me through a red light, he's wrong. Seemed like he was used to cruising through red lights at his pleasure.....
PS - I decided to categorise this incident as an animal encounter, as nothing else seemed to fit.
