Close call with a bus

I was almost home, making a right hand turn next to a bus. The bus did not have a turn signal on and almost sent me into the curb, fortunately i was able to get onto the sidewalk. I assumed he was going straight. Partly my fault for riding up along the bus, but he failed to use his turn signal.
