Close Pass KIA

I was cycling on Goosley Road in Yorktown when I experienced multiple close passes, but the 2nd pass by a KIA was the closest and fastest. They did not give adequate space or slow down. There was no oncoming traffic at the time. They didn't save any time with this maneuver as I caught them at the light up ahead.
