Closest miss ever…

Driver purposefully cut off cyclist wearing neon yellow, with flashing red light on the rear of the bike. I felt the car - it was that close. Vehicle had a New York State license plate - KNB-6799. This violated the California Vehicle Code Section 21209 for driving in a bike lane, as well as Section 21760 Three Feet for Safety Act. Fines for these violations exceed $1,000.00 - with good reason. Hoping local police arrest the driver. People like this must never be permitted to drive - ever.
