Considerate Driver vs Idiot

Contrast between normal people and IDIOTS.
There was no oncoming traffic riding up the hill when a considerate driver passes giving me plenty of room.
But a complete idiot behind him barely even moved to the left!
Luckily it's a low speed street but he was less than 2 feet (about 50cm) from my handlebar.
