Couldn’t even wait 10 seconds until safe to pass

Heading westbound on NC 150. A number of vehicles passed me safely, mostly moving completely into the opposing lane. A few cars were coming the other way and Honda Oddesy couldn't wait the 10 seconds or so for it to be safe so pushed through - leaving perhaps <1' of clearance. When you can see your reflection in the bodywork - it's too close!.
