Cut off by 3 vehicles in a row

While riding through a busy intersection with the right of way, the first left-turning vehicle from the opposing direction decides to make the turn ahead of me rather than grant me the right of way. This is followed by a 2nd vehicle in a much closer call. Finally, a third vehicle making a right turn on red fails to come to a complete stop and jumps out ahead of me.
