Delivery Driver Close Call

Turned from a main road to a side road.   Delivery driver was stopped at the side street.  As I turned he accelerated and turned into me just clipping my back tire.   The restaurant he come from was about 50 feet away from that point.  Went in and informed the staff what had happened.
