Driver cuts off cyclist…

After being forced into the car traffic lane on account of cars illegally parked in the bike lane, this drive (female) cuts in front. Terrible driving. Glancing back, no vehicles were approaching. She just couldn't wait... MOST DISTURBING: Law enforcement does NOT enforce illegally parked vehicles or reckless driving on this stretch of road.
