Driver forced too close due to blind curve and poor speed management

Driver entered blind curve at too high rate of speed. While he likely intended to give appropriate distance to me on my bike, a car appeared in the opposite lane and the driver was forced uncomfortably close to me. The drive should have slowed his speed due to a blind curve.
