Driver not paying attention

Driver took a Left right in front of me. I normally am going faster down this hill.
This left looks like it has poor viability to start, but I do not believe this driver even took the time to look.

My front light probably was not flashing, which contributed to why this guy did not see me.

Needless to say a lot of cyclists go down this Reverence Hill, fast. Be careful out there.
