This guy honked at me and then passed too close, drivers are required to change lanes to pass. Then he waited aggressively at the intersection for me so he could continue talking smack. You're so pressed for time you need to pass in a negligent way, only to wait for me for much longer at an empty intersection? Creepy, glad I have cameras.
