Driver rolls through stop sign and impacts cyclist

Driver rolls through stop sign without looking for traffic and claims large truck obstructed his view. There was not any traffic on the road at the time. Driver is issued citation for failure to exercise due care and inattentiveness. Police witnessed the accident and observed cyclist providing adequate hand / arm signals indicating a left turn.
