E-Bikes are a menace on bike paths they can travel up to 29 mph this is not compatible with bicycles traveling 10 - 15 mph slower.
Just as an Electric cars or motorcycles are prohibited from bike trails the menace of E-bikes MUST be prohibited too for the safety of both bicyclist, e-bike riders and pedestrians.
This is becoming increasingly more dangerous as the number of E-bikes is increasing almost weekly. Approx more than 50% on the Santa Ana River Trail, Calif. are E-Bikes.
