Eztremely Close Pass by Ford LS11 ZZV just to park just ahead

Cycling along Sailsbury Road, parked cars on the left, so keeping right, to avoid a door being opened on me. The car behind me, A Ford Reg S11 ZZV, then squeezes past on the right, extremely close to my right elbow. Only for it to immediately piull over to the left to park!.
