This dude was flying around this blind corner, which has an approximate 7% to 9% uphill grade. I had just ridden up that section about one hour earlier. I always worry about 'hotshots' who storm up this street toward their gated community at the top of that hill. If I was riding uphill, he probably would have hit me before he could apply the brakes given his speed, and the blind nature of the corner.

Note how his front tire (and entire car) is about to go over the double-yellow line.
