Got to be first to get to the gas station

I approached a red light and stopped. The first car in line at the light did not have a directional signal that would indicate that they were making a right turn. The light turned green and we both started to go when they started to enter the bike lane so they could block me so they could turn into the gas station and be first. They did put on their turn signal when in the bike lane.
