1 Jul, 2021 - 5 years ago - on North Abby Street Traffic was pulling up on my right to turn right, which was fine. Then the woman driving this Nissan pulls up to the same place, but instead of turning, she tries to pass me on the right in the middle of the intersection, nearly hitting me.
