Harassment, motorist does not use their signal

Audi driver makes a turn onto Rice Rd, never uses signal, I ride with cameras lights and a mirror. I checked he never put on a signal. If I was a motorist he would have had to wait for me anyway. He wanted me to put my front wheel into a 45mph road so he could make a right on red. Entitled @#$%@#.
