A person driving a silver Honda changes lanes into me after coming up from behind. Eventually she noticed me, it appears she was just not checking at all. She did an apologetic wave at the signal. This route is under debate for a cycle route at the time of this writing and incident. I'm riding a "School Bus Yellow" longtail bike.
