Marked road Crossing with Flashing Lights – Makes No Difference

Surprisingly this is most dangerous part of 18 mild commute (must of it it's narrow roads and streets) - clearly marked bike path crossing. After stopping and turning on flashing lights on road sign cars continue to cross even the can se lights and bike. after cars in right lane stop, white car in left lane ignores other cars stopped at crossing as well as the signs and blows right by. In the middle process pretty much repeats itself. White car has temporary licence plate that was poorly captures on camera given the angle.
