MGIF in black Lexus 8XPH205 pushed me off the road

I was riding eastbound on Wellworth Ave when the driver of a black Lexus SUV 8XPH205 approached at a high rate of speed to make an impatient pass. When we were side-by-side, the driver veered into me pushing me off the road and forcing me to hit the brakes.
