Near Miss

Despite having the right of way, and despite the STROBE LIGHT on the front of my bike, this motorist ventured out into traffic - and then slammed on his brakes at the last moment. Could have been a lot worse - in which case, I would have been really grateful that I had the entire incident on camera.
