Near miss on Maroa and Weldon – CA plate 7MRB064

We were riding across Maroa with the green signal. I have front lights, front wheel lights that can be seen from the sides, and a very bright flashing tail light but the woman driving this minivan pulled right into the crosswalk without looking, slamming on her brakes within a few centimeters of the person I was riding with.
