Nissan Murano Must get in front

This is a narrow residential street speed limit 25mph, with parked cars on the right side in my direction of travel. I do about 20mph down it and keep in the lane to avoid swerving around the parked cars. I saw this Nissan come up behind me VERY quickly, and the driver was tailgating me pretty good before this incident.
