Pick up truck close pass on Monticello Road, Napa Ca

The truck towing a horse trailer made an obvious attempt to buzz two (and did a "Rolling Coal" maneuver) of us riding single file on a two lane road. There was plenty of time to pass in the other lane as there was no oncoming traffic on this straight stretch of a fairly winding road. This is the third time that I have had a pick up truck towing a trailer buzz me.
