Pickup Trucker Rolling Coal on Cyclist

Incident occurred in the area of Cherryville, PA on Rt. 248. This has happened one time too many on this road. It seems to be entertainment for truckers to choke cyclists with their exhaust. Pickup truckers install a kit that when switched on will change the exhaust dynamics to produce thick black smoke. It violates the Clean Air Act, is malicious and causes respiratory issues for cyclists. We'll see how the local police react to this video when I report it.
