Reckless driver in a Porsche makes bad pass then plays chicken with oncoming traffic

On Corte Madera Ave almost at the top of the hill where the road becomes Camino Alto, a driver in a Porsche makes a close pass at a blind curve with an oncoming vehicle in the opposite direction missing me and the other vehicle by inches. Caught up with the driver at the bottom on Camino Alto at East Blithedale. No need to be in a rush and pass so recklessly.
