Reckless Mustang Driver

While on my regular training ride, a reckless driver accelerated to pass a car in the left lane. Upon hearing and seeing the accelerating vehicle, I moved right, hitting the curb. The driver was not in a rush and intent was to intermediate me as he slowed once he passed and turned around driving the speed limit.
