A collision of the Honda and oncoming Volvo, closing speed at least 60mph, is narrowly avoided, and the Corsa is illegally on the road anyway as its MOT certificate expired 3 weeks before on 12.7.23. The Honda swerved into me to avoid the collision. The Honda number plate has been deliberately altered to make the G look like a C. Time on the video is GMT. The police will ignore this incident as well, including the absence of MOT, because they always do.
