Spire Fail

I was out for a ride and Spire has been burying some cable along this road for a few days. As you can see, the car only had its hazard lights blinking. I knew it was a Spire vehicle so I assumed, I know my fault there, that he would just pull in front of the truck and park. Obviously I assumed wrongly.
