Stupid pass on blind corner

I'm going 23+ on a slight downhill to a blind hairpin corner. Also, if you notice the right side of the roadway is broken up (it's like this from top of the hill to corner, looking at you Fayette County!) so I have to ride in the middle of the lane to prevent any possible tire/wheel issue.
