SUV will not move over even when no cars are in the on coming lane

Ford Expedition refuses to move over while passing 2 cyclists on a climb.  The car is heard honking the horn for the motorist in front to pass us.  After that car passes us, giving us plenty of room, the Ford Expedition passes without moving over at all,  giving less than one foot of clearance as he passed.  I have 2 video files.  Do I have to upload them separately?.
