Started to turn left at stop sign on rainy day, but SUV considered stop signs are optional. I said "There's a stop sign!" as I came to normal left turn. Thankful pedal is slow as I had to go straight until SUV continued pass stop sign. Coordinates 42.95458° N, 78.86173° W.
