Shop ride on a down hill coming up on a traffic calming device - we were moving 20+MPH. This SUV decided it was an emergency and decided it had to pass us right then and nearly killed the lead rider in the traffic calming device (choker).

Good sight lines, blinkies on the bikes.  The small chute on the outside of the choker had loose sand / gravel and other debris in it.
