Toyota 4Runner makes left turn – cuts me off

Just came from the bicycle lane and got into the left-hand turn lane (wearing high-vis clothing with my headlight flashing) when driver of Red Toyota 4Runner decides to cut me off with a left hand turn. Sloppy/careless driving.
