Very Close pass then bonus illegal car pass

I was passed by three vehicles while out for a solo ride.  The third one was a truck with a driver experiencing road rage and committing very un-safe actions.  After passing me very close with no on-coming traffic, he proceeded to pass one of the cars ahead in a no-passing zone.
