The relentless increase in the frequency of these assaults is caused by the complete indifference of Lancashire Constabulary and the Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner to the safety of cyclists. This is the main reason why there are so few cyclists around here. The road is narrowed at this humpbacked bridge over the canal, and there's no visibility over the 'hump'. The Transporter driver suddenly encountered the oncoming BMW C11 BWN, but simply swerved towards me to avoid a collision. The alarming incident will just be ignored by the police, like all the others. Time on the video is GMT.
