This road has no shoulder and the speed limit is 40 MPH so I'm in the center of the lane to discourage bad passing. Instead of waiting another three seconds, this driver decides to pass on the wrong side of the median. People frequently exit there without looking both ways because they aren't expecting someone coming from the other direction. It would have guaranteed a crash.
