Car turns left into the bike lane without looking, knocks me over

Collision at about 35 kmh after a driver failed to look or signal appropriately before turning left across the bike lane, collecting me on the way through. Broken elbow, radius, and wrist, plus soft tissue/ligament damage to my left leg. Bike has the usual scrapes and buckled wheel etc. Driver didn't believe he'd done anything wrong but the police were able to download the footage very quickly and an infringement will be issued.
