Close Pass

Modern black charger with California plates 8LSU416 made a close pass coming into a blind corner. The driver said we were not riding single file. Video shows we were both single file at the time of the pass (which is recommended but not law). The driver gave 3' of space passing the first rider, but as the corner come up cut off the rider in front. The driver was oblivious to how close he really came to hitting the last rider passed. Both riders were not impeding traffic and were traveling at 40mph.
